Each ready to ship piece will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.

Each made-to-order piece will ship within 4-8 weeks of receiving payment.

Each custom piece can take up to 3+ months from initial contact to finalizing details to production, payment, then to shipment of final product. All custom pieces are final sale. Production will begin as soon as payment is received.

Orders placed on a Holiday, on a Friday after 3pm and/or through the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Once processed and production begins, orders are subjected to the refund policy.
