As a small business, I value your feedback and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact me- using the contact form- within 5 days of delivery date.
Damages
All pieces are made by my hands, there will be evidence of this. However, that doesn’t compromise the quality. Should your piece arrived damaged, please contact me ASAP so I can make it right.
All items are Final Sale No exchange or store credit.
RepairsRepairs services are available but availability and fees vary case by case. Repairs are only offered for pieces made by Rove Finery. Please use the above contact form to inquire about a repair.
